Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.

We will reimburse You no later than 24-36 hours from the day on which You have cancelled your order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will incur fees of 15% such reimbursement as restocking fee. Packing Charges are non-refundable on such reimbursement refund will be initiated in 5-8 working days

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the vtakeoff Warehouse

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

We can provide only 30-45% Refund of the item Value in the case of the product returned to the company

We do not offer any refunds, in case of any refunds (mentioned Below )

  1. The item may be damaged during transit.
  2. or there might be a manufacturing defect.
  3. or that a wrong item is delivered to you. If the order is confirmed by us and we are unable to ship the product due to some reasons, then we will issue the refund to the customer which might take 5-8 working days to get transferred.

R(1).For the refund mentioned company should be on working state any Pandemic, Natural calamities or any incidents or factors that affects the work of physical office working will be subjected and refund can be processed only after the above(R(1)) mentioned only
